SLICE is a high—end fast food concept and first döner Joyer in Kuwait. SLICE known
with a reputation for integrity, quality of products, and excellence in management.

Slice was formed by Hamed Alkhamis, Fahed Alsabah, as a Sole proprietorship in
December 2013 and begin to operate as catering and events business.

August 2013 first store opened in Kuwait city.

2013 October onwards we were heavily involving combination of catering events and
private functions and marketing.

The Company experienced steady growth since its inception, and very impressively each year improved net operating margin as
